Hi guys,
Three uk boarders will be in Orlando from 21st - 28th September.
Will be checking out the camps and owc, but it would be really cool to hook up with some local riders.
If you like watching faceplants, then two of us are guaranteed to please.
Obviosuly will pay for gas, beer and will respect boat etiquette and all that.
There must be someone out there with a pimped out boat and loads of boat bun
cheers |

Where do you ride in the UK?
Boat or cable?
Sorry to hijack your thread but just interested! |

Haven't really done any cable for years.
Started out on the cable at Princes near Heathrow but kept getting fed up with trying to get my bindings off in the water and swimming to the edge every time I fell!
Then started riding behind a boat there. Now spend a bit of time at a lake near Reading but have not boarded as much as I would like lately.
Have boarded for quite a while but still not particularly good!!
What's the cost of a tow behind the boat where you are? It's £22 for approximately 10 minutes here, gets expensive when you want to board 2 or 3 times in a day!
I have spent a little time up in Scotland at a club near Aberdeen. As it is a club rather than a business it is loads cheaper, about £5 per tow once you've joined for £100 or so for the year. |
