Jeff,
Thanks for the compliments. Really simple job once you get all the pieces. Install was a breeze thanks mostly to MC air vent channels. I'm already thinking on how to improve. But that, and more rear ballast weight, can hold off until winter.
I'll have to get back to you on sack type. I just bought them off someone (used).

hey P hat,
if you don't mind, could you list out all of the parts you used (or a list of needed parts). I can tell a bunch from the pics, but just in case there are any hidden areas of importance. And of course, when/if you find out about the sacks, that would be cool too.

Those look like Fly-High Side Sacks w/o the cover. We have the same thing.
Also, did you add any weight to the rear other then the stock ballist? I know i threw in a 600 up front w/o any more in the back and the wake got really flat w/ my X-star... So i just added 2 300's in the back along with the 600 on the front walkway.

Jeffro...I'll certainly list all components and procedure. Give me a little while. I'm building rev 2 on the valve system. Currently, the center ballast fill/drain hose loops over my gas tank. I'm going to run it under. FYI...I'm having some drain issues that I'm chasing down. I know my center pump has been giving me fits (before this addition). So...before I tell you all how to do it, let me get the bugs worked out. Cool?
BrtnDan...I'm working on adding additional weight to the rear. It's my next project. I know it needs it.

Rev 2 on valve system. Re-routed supply/drain hose around gas tank rather than over. Added red handled ball valve to drain leftover water out T-handle thru hull opening. Found out center ballast pump has 3 consecutive vanes missing so I won't get true indication on how system works until it's fixed.
