Okay! so here we go again!!! Twisted Evil

are you all ready?

so I booked my flights today which is pretty sweet!
I'm flying into LA on the 20th of June and dont Depart your fine shores till the 20th of August. It's still a while off so the thread might die for a bit, just thought i'd get it up and going!

So basically I have 2 months to kick it, get maggoted as much as possible and catch up with everyone I can (including any new randoms I might come across). Ample amounts of time i think!

I had to book a follow on flight as part of some gay package so I could get cheap flights, which is LA to Sacremento on the 29th of June, I dont have to take that if i dont want I can just be a no show. Whatever, will work that out when the time comes.
Just gonna try to formalize some sort of plan between now and then to work out my best route of travel.

Oh..What is the best site I can look at for Domestic flights in the USA?

Southwest Airlines is probably your best bet for domestic travel. They have fairs starting at $49 plus fees.

Skwake, Southwest is probably your best bet for most of your cheap flights. But some places don't fly Southwest out of them so then you just have to go with your best bet.

holy crap that thread brought back some memories!!

drew - you should know by now that you have an open invitation here in Austin. There's nothing major going on the time you'll be in the US, but make sure you stop over on a weekend - you need to see Devil's Cove, even if it isn't on a big weekend....although the 4th of July is on a Friday this year, so the lake will be off the hook that weekend!

Also, I have plenty of boats for you this time around - no kooky bltches who can't drive! Evil or Very Mad

do me a favor though....try and coordinate your arrival a BIT better than last time! Getting a phone call saying "we're here, how do we get to your house?" is not exactly the way to go! of course, if your flying in, I'll assume you are going to plan a bit better.

Skwake, the BIG parties are Board Bonanza on July 11-13th, and WakeFest August 16-17. That's about it. Now that we have a new riding location and party spot, every damn weekend is a party. Just bring the nice weather with ya.

I am sure Austin is on your list, and I just checked - LA (Ontario) to Austin on a random Wednesday in June (25th) was $125USD one-way nonstop.

If they don't fly where you are going, use a combo of www.southwest.com and www.sidestep.com to figure it all out.

DRAGON88, Yeah well I think she is canadian. He met her at Brekenridge as far as I know but she lives in Kelowna. He is due back in Australia in a few weeks but then is moving to Kelowna for summer. Thats as much as I know. But said he might be keen to all meet up in Oregon. Ill know more once he gets home...

mid summer has tournaments going on in Houston area. Depending on when you are down, the mid summer classic in Beaumont is a blast. Also, i don't know what they put in the water in beaumont, but the women are damn fine.
